Being Overweight

Being overweight has become an issue in today's world and sadly, not much is being done about it. Did you know that...

58 million Americans are considered overweight; 40 million obese; 3 million morbily obese
8 out of 10 Americans over the age of 25 are overweight
78% of Americans are not meeting basic day to day activity levels
25% are completely Sedentary
76% develop type 2 diabetes in adults 30-40 years old since 1990.

You don't have to be a statistic. You should do everything in your power to fight to get your body back to health. I read in a forum where a group of people agreed that becoming overweight is now the "norm" and that it's okay as long as the person maintains a self image and is comfortable with it.
